Damage, harm, modify or translate Turbo VPN Service by any means, including uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code.

Use Turbo VPN Service for uploading materials without the permission of the copyright holders or any materials containing child abuse and child pornography.

Age restriction

Denial of Access

Turbo VPN does not hide any content nor block any ports or IPs. Your data traffic will be kept safe in the highest feasible manner and no records of them will be stored. Turbo VPN guaranties that it never monitor nor keep logs of its users’ data. Turbo VPN is and will dispense all of its resources to provide the highest possible protection of your privacy on the Internet.

Sites blocked by Roskomnadzor are on our blacklist and are not available to connect from the IP of other counties which we provide by our service. We try to act within the law on the territory of the Russian Federation and we do not use Russian servers.

Service Quality and Limitations

Actual Service coverage, speeds, locations and quality may vary. The Service will attempt to be available at all times except for limited periods for maintenance and repair. By using Turbo VPN you also agree the terms and conditions of those third party services and acknowledge and adhere that Turbo VPN shall not take any responsibility nor liability for the contents shown on their behalf. Using any tools including any software or scripts that may prevent Turbo VPN from displaying advertisements may be considered violation of this agreement and Turbo VPN may terminate your account under the Termination section of this agreement. You may access and use advertised materials solely at your own risk.

Refund Policy

Paid VPN Premium Access
All Users who would like to an unlimited VPN access to turbo-vpn.net can buy an VPN Premium Access for any period of time from 5 days to 2 years.

This purchase is a one-time purchase. After the premium period, the user must pay for the next term of using the service.

To pay for VPN Premium Access, the user can pay for site services using one of the available methods:
Credit Card without subscription, Sofort, Giropay, EPS, Przelewy24, Bankcontact.

Paid VPN Premium Subsribe

All Users who would like to an unlimited VPN access to turbo-vpn.net can buy automatically renewed an VPN Premium Subsribe for a period of 1 month.

After the premium period of membership expires, the service will be automatically renewed with a discount or bonus premium period. By choosing this premium membership type, the User agrees that the subscription will be renewed automatically and that a payment method selected by the User will be charged at the end of each membership period. User can cancel the subscription through the Technical Support Service at any time he prefers. Conditions of the payments

The terms in this section (“Order Terms”) apply to any order placed on the Site. Upon completion of any purchase of the order, the user shall be deemed to have read and accepted the terms of the order, without exception.

Refunds Policy

You can request a refund at the page https://turbo-vpn.net/index.php?r=site/contact and we will issue a refund within 3 business days after you submit your cancellation request (in case of a holiday, it will be postponed). How the refund is processed depends on your original payment method: if you pay by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank and processed by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for questions about when to post the credit line and the amount of the payment spent to your account.

The premium user may have the right to ask for refund of premium services if certain conditions are met. The user will have the right to ask for refund of the current and subsequent months if the request for refund is made within 30 days following the purchase day. The refund request is only acceptable for current month, if the data usage of the user has not exceeded 50MB for that month. No partial refunds are acceptable. Any request for refund of months prior to the date of the refund request is automatically rejected. The refund request may be declined for any violations of this agreement without any obligation on Turbo VPN side to provide any reasons for it.

Anti-fraud

We take precautionary steps to prevent fraudulent sign-ups, by relying on automated checks or by doing manual checks. We will never ask for proof of identity, such as a scanned copy of a Government issued ID. Instead, we would rather decline an order which we believe to be suspicious.

Termination

Turbo VPN may terminate your services for any reason at any time. If the termination originated from violation of provisions of this agreement, the user will lose all rights in regard to the refund or any rights given to him/her. Accordingly, his/her account will be terminated permanently. If the termination originated from any other reasons, the user may be eligible to ask for a refund provision of this agreement. In any case, Turbo VPN is not responsible nor liable for any damages or costs emerging from this termination or any other reason related to its services.

Ownership

Turbo VPN Service is owned by Airsharp LTD. All the visual interfaces, compilation, information, servers, products, softwares, graphic materials, computer source code or object code, and all other elements of the service are owned by Turbo VPN.

Changes to this agreement

Turbo VPN User understands that the present Terms of Service are subject to changes made by Turbo VPN at any time at its sole discretion, and you agree to be bound by any and all modifications, changes and/or revisions. You understand that it is your obligation to periodically review this webpage in order to account for any changes made, as they will be binding upon assent.
